Thursday 3 October 2019 at Breckenridge Lodge, Napier.

Degustation Dinner with winemaker Tony Prichard of de la terre winery in Hawke’s Bay

6.30pm start with the Sabrage of de la terre bubbles by Tony.

After pre-dinner bubbles, guests will be treated to a 5-star degustation dinner prepared by renown Chef Malcolm Redmond using seasonal produce from his organic garden. Each course will be paired perfectly and presented by Tony Prichard. Tony Prichard, one of New Zealand’s première winemakers, will showcase several wines of both familiar and lesser-known varieties that he has made over the years. This will be a gourmet experience to remember. $185.00 per head including wine matches. Limited tickets to enhance the intimate experience.

Paired with wines introduced and presented by Hawke's Bay award-winning winemaker and pioneer Jenny Dobson. Cooking Classes

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a cooking class and learn culinary skills from a renown Chef who is happy to share with you some of the tricks of the trade.

You will be given a glass of bubbly on arrival and have time to meet and chat with the rest of the group before the class begins. A typical lesson teaches you skills for preparing a 3 course gourmet dinner menu, with ideas for matching wines.

After the class, you sit down to eat together in the dining room where Malcolm will provide a wine match for each course. This gives you an opportunity for general conversation, to gain knowledge about the choosen wine, to discuss any other culinary questions you may have, and of course enjoy the food!

If you have your own suggestions for a cooking class, Malcolm can tailor one to suit you.
